It is not legal, even if he talked back to you in public, to put arsenic in his well. It is not even legal, because you don't feel you should have to pay for extra garbage stickers, to dump your rubbish in his lawn. Should it then be legal, because your outmoded business model requires it, for you to pump mercury, lead and swine feces into the air he breathes and the water he drinks?
